For our client’s satisfaction, we have developed a fully equipped application lab at our office, where our clients are invited to first try out our products and even run test batches without making a commitment of purchase.
Our four highly competent foreign-trained engineers and staff work round the clock to provide our clients with immediate technical support from service labs in Lahore.
Our objective is to develop and maintain a strong relationship with our customers by offering our refined expertise and efficient customer support and service back up. We offer long term support and service facility to our valued customers. Free service is provided within the warranty period of the instrument after which an agreement with minimum service charges is done for continuity of the service facility. To facilitate our customers, we also provide them with backup in case of instrument malfunction so that their work flow is not affected.
